By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

Use of the Service BidBuddy provides a platform to assist with creating project estimates and bid management. However, any estimates generated through the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as guarantees or promises. You understand that using the estimates generated by BidBuddy is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. BidBuddy does not make any warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any estimates created through the Service. You understand that BidBuddy cannot be held liable for any discrepancies or losses incurred as a result of using the estimates or data provided.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BidBuddy and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to any damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Excessive Use and Additional Charges We reserve the right to monitor usage of the Service to prevent abuse or excessive use. Excessive use may result in additional charges or restrictions to your access. If we deem your use of the Service excessive or abusive, we will notify you and provide information about any applicable charges or restrictions.
